Shipping Providers
We use trusted carriers like Sendle, TNT, and Australia Post for deliveries. Occasionally, we may use other courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.
📍 Note: Free shipping is not available for WA, TAS, or NT. Shipping costs for these states will be displayed at checkout.
Combining Orders
Whenever possible, we’ll combine items into one package for shipping. Spare batteries will always be sent separately.
Handling Times
Once your order has been processed and payment confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Capital Cities: 2-7 business days
- WA, TAS, NT: 10-14 business days
- Regional & Country Areas: Allow extra time due to location.
⚠️ Batteries: Orders containing batteries are shipped by road only, which may extend delivery times. Once dispatched, delivery times are managed by the courier.
Insurance & Damages
We package every order carefully to protect it during transit. However, if your order is damaged or lost:
- Do not accept damaged packages.
- Contact us immediately, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
Redback Scooter is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit, but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
